Ø Terms & Conditions Apply:
1) If manufacturing defects, shipping fee for exchange or return will be borne by seller.
2) If customer is willing to return or exchange, items should be under new condition and
secondary offering not affected, shipping fee will be borne by customer.
3) Products with the following conditions are non-exchangeable & non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened and consumed;
- Products that are damaged due to poor storage conditions.
- Discounted items
Ø Incorrect address entered by customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address / incorrect address or returned for any other reason,
it will be sent back via Local Registered Mail and as such, fees are to be borne by customer.
Ø Rejected Returns
The eligibility of our returns will be further assessed based on the physical item we received. Should it fail to meet our
requirements for an eligible return, it will be rejected and returned. As such, postage fees for the returns to be sent
back are to be borne by customers.
